Bartholomew Jun Wei Al-Makiya

Dr. B.J.W. Al-Makiya is a Chinese-Saudi physicist, journalist, philanthropist, and absolute beast at the blackjack table. His adventures have taken him all over the world, from Angola to Zambia. He was born in 1963.

In an attempt to preserve and draw attention to information about his extraordinary life, from serving in the Saudi Arabian Military in the Yom Kippur War, to his heartwarming philanthropy and charity work in the Middle East and Africa, to his passion for Eurodance music group Crazy Frog and his skill in the casino, he is truly a treasure of modern human society.

Bartholomew is currently happily married to his wife Gertrude, and has had 2 children with her; Oliver and Nicholas. 

His work as a physicist has been widely acknowledged, with his doctoral thesis, titled The Classical Dynamics Involved in the Collision Between Fast Moving Syrian Figs and the Human Cranium, being continually used by Syrian fig farmers and worldwide Syrian fig wholesalers as a safety guide and cautionary tale to the dangers of high velocity Syrian figs.
